Suggested Carriers and Their Benefits
When you click Send Offer within Shipper TMS, a list of Suggested Carriers will appear. These are carriers recommended based on their history with Super Dispatch and their alignment with the order’s requirements. Suggested Carriers are a great resource for ensuring your loads are managed by experienced and compliant professionals.

Suggested Carriers are selected based on several criteria:
-
Verified Carrier Status: Verified carriers have met compliance standards, including insurance and documentation, ensuring they are reliable and legal.
-
SuperPay Carriers: If your load uses SuperPay, carriers who accept SuperPay payments will appear as top suggestions.
-
Previous Performance: The number of orders successfully delivered for your company is also considered, ensuring you’re working with carriers who have proven reliability.
When reviewing the Suggested Carriers, you’ll see details like:
-
Whether the carrier is Verified or not.
-
Their status as a SuperPay Carrier.
-
The total number of orders they’ve successfully delivered for your Shipper TMS account.
This information provides you with valuable insights to make informed decisions when assigning loads, helping you build lasting relationships with carriers who excel.
Previously Dispatched Carriers
The Previously Dispatched list displays carriers you’ve worked with on past orders. This feature allows you to quickly identify and reassign loads to carriers you trust, saving time and ensuring consistency in service.

Carriers appear in this list based on their past performance with your company. This includes:
-
Loads they’ve completed for you.
-
Timely deliveries and adherence to requirements.
-
Their history of clear communication and professionalism.
The Previously Dispatched feature is especially helpful when:
-
You want to work with a carrier who is familiar with your preferences.
-
You’re managing time-sensitive shipments and need a trusted carrier for faster assignments.
-
You’re looking to assign loads to carriers who consistently meet your standards.
This feature simplifies the process of building a network of trusted carriers, enabling you to focus on other important aspects of your business while ensuring your shipments are in good hands.
Set a Competitive Rate
Offering a rate that aligns with market standards makes your load more attractive to qualified carriers. Research average rates for similar routes and vehicle types to set a rate that incentivizes carriers to choose your load over others.
Utilize the “Exclusive” Tag
Loads posted initially on Super Dispatch are marked with an Exclusive tag, letting carriers know that they can only find this load on the Super Loadboard. This tag helps build urgency among carriers to accept the load before it’s shared on other load boards, maximizing visibility among Super Dispatch’s dedicated carrier network.
Engage Directly with Carriers
Building relationships with carriers you work with frequently can streamline your posting process. By engaging with preferred carriers directly through Super Dispatch, you can encourage reliable carriers to accept your loads faster and establish a trusted network for future shipments.
