This guide walks you through how to create and post a load inside Shipper TMS. You'll learn how to enter order details, add vehicle information, manage payment terms, and publish to Super Loadboard—ensuring your shipment reaches the right carriers quickly and accurately.
Step-by-Step: Create a Load
Below we will show you how to Create a Load:
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Log into your Super Dispatch Shipper TMS account to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the Orders Page
From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Orders. This is where you can create, edit, and manage all your loads.
Step 3: Click “Create Order”
In the top-right corner of the Orders page, click Create Order to start a new load.
Step 4: Enter Pickup and Delivery Info
Pickup Location: Enter the complete pickup address (street, city, state, zip).
Delivery Location: Enter the full delivery address.
Pickup and Delivery Dates: Set expected pickup and delivery windows.
Step 5: Add Vehicle Information
For each vehicle, enter:
Type: (e.g., Sedan, SUV, Motorcycle)
Make and Model
Condition: Indicate if inoperable or if an enclosed trailer is needed
VIN: Optionally enter VIN if available
Note: Shipper TMS now checks if your entered vehicle info (year, make, model, trim) matches the VIN. If it does not, a VIN Mismatch Error will be displayed, and the order cannot be saved until corrected.
Step 6: Set Payment Terms
Select the payment method: SuperPay, COD, Quick Pay, or Net terms.
Step 7: Set Optional Load Preferences
Carrier Requirements: Insurance minimums, verified carrier status, etc.
Load Notes: Enter additional instructions for the carrier.
Note: The Loadboard instructions field has a 500-character limit.
Step 8: Save the Load
Click Save to add the load to your Orders dashboard. You can continue editing it later.
Step 9: Post the Load
If you’re ready to send the load to carriers, click Save & Post to SLB to publish to Super Loadboard or any additional boards.
Tips for Reaching the Right Carriers
Use Verified Carriers
Super Dispatch’s Verified Carrier program ensures the carrier has valid insurance, compliance documents, and a strong history. Posting to verified carriers helps reduce risk and ensures quality service.
Note: To view or manage load visibility on Super Loadboard, click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Super Loadboard.
Take Advantage of Suggested Carriers
When using the Send Offer button, Shipper TMS will recommend Suggested Carriers based on:
Verified status
SuperPay acceptance
Past performance with your company
These carriers appear with icons showing their verification and delivery history so you can choose trusted professionals faster.
Use Previously Dispatched Carriers
The Previously Dispatched section shows carriers you've worked with before—perfect for recurring lanes or time-sensitive loads. It’s ideal for assigning to carriers who understand your preferences and have a proven track record with your team.
Set a Competitive Rate
To increase your chances of booking quickly, set a rate that aligns with market averages for that route and vehicle type. Competitive pricing attracts higher-quality carriers faster.
Utilize the “Exclusive” Tag
Loads posted first on Super Dispatch receive an Exclusive badge, telling carriers that the load is only available through Super Loadboard. This boosts visibility and urgency among our verified network.
Engage Your Carrier Network
Establish direct relationships with carriers you trust. Sending offers directly and following up helps build a dependable network and reduces rework on future orders.
