Importing Instructions

Column Headers: All column headers in the CSV template must be present. You may leave some cells blank or rearrange the order of columns as needed.

Date Format: Ensure that all dates are formatted as MM/DD/YY or MM/DD/YYYY.

Inoperable Vehicle: This field can be set to yes or no. If left blank, the value defaults to no.

Requires Enclosed Trailer: This field can also be set to yes or no. If left blank, the value defaults to no.

Vehicle Type: Enter one of the following values to indicate the type of vehicle:

sedan, 2_door_coupe, suv, pickup, van, truck_daycab, truck_sleeper, motorcycle, 4_door_pickup, boat, rv, heavy_machinery, freight, livestock, atv, trailer_bumper_pull, trailer_gooseneck, trailer_5th_wheel, other.

Payment Methods: Use one of the following options to indicate payment terms:

ACH, comchek, cop, cod, quick_pay, ckod, 5_days, 7_days, 10_days, 15_days, 20_days, 30_days, 45_days, factoring, other.
