Instant Transfer for Faster Carrier Payments

Sam
Updated

Introduction

Instant Transfer is a Super Dispatch program that helps trusted carriers get paid faster. Instead of waiting the usual 2–5 business days for an ACH transfer, eligible carriers can get their money right away, any time of day, including weekends and holidays.

Super Dispatch runs and funds Instant Transfer. Once a shipper starts payment on a delivered load, Super Dispatch advances the payment to the carrier for a small fee that's shown before you accept.

Important: If the shipper's payment fails, is reversed, or can't be collected, Super Dispatch reserves the right to recover the advanced funds from the carrier.

How Instant Transfer Works

  • The shipper starts it: An offer only appears after the shipper sends payment through Super Dispatch.
  • Super Dispatch advances the money: Super Dispatch pays you right away instead of waiting on the bank transfer.
  • Works with most U.S. banks: Transfers use a secure, widely supported payment network.

Key Benefits

  • Fast access to funds: Get paid soon after the shipper starts payment, even on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Clear fees: The Instant Transfer fee is always shown before you accept.
  • Payment tracking: See where your payment stands in Carrier TMS.
  • Better cash flow: Skip the waiting period and get quicker access to your earnings.

What Happens If the Shipper's Payment Fails?

Instant Transfer advances the shipper's payment to you. If the shipper's payment later fails, the carrier is still responsible for resolving it. Contact the shipper directly about any dispute or non-payment.

Special Situations

Payment Is on the Way

After you accept, you may see Hang Tight—Your Payment Is on the Way. The payment has been sent, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account.

Hang Tight, Your Payment Is on the Way message saying the payment may take up to 30 minutes to appear, with the date sent, bank account, load ID, and payment amount

Most Instant Transfers succeed. If one fails, the payment goes through the standard SuperPay process instead, and you can't retry Instant Transfer for that load.

Offer Not Available

  • Another dispatcher already used it: If more than one dispatcher opens the offer and one accepts or responds, the others see that it's no longer available.
  • You already accepted it: If you accept from the Delivered tab and then tap a push notification for the same offer, you'll see that it's no longer available.
  • The offer expired: Offers are available for a limited time, typically until two days before the standard payout. If you've already been paid through SuperPay, the offer is no longer available.

Instant Transfer Failed

If you see Instant Transfer Failed with We couldn't finish the transfer due to a bank error, there's an issue with your bank or bank account information. Click Contact Support in the message so the team can look into it.
