Getting Paid
When will I get paid?
Check the payment status on the load in Carrier TMS. Payment Initiated means the payment is processing and shows its arrival date. Other statuses, like Payment Due or Payment Scheduled, mean the shipper hasn't started the payment yet.

Why did my payment date change?
The date on an order is an expected date based on the payment terms. The shipper always starts the payment, so if they start it late, the date updates based on processing time. Super Dispatch can't start or speed up a payment. Contact the shipper with any timing questions.

Why did a payment fail?
Shipper Payment Failed means SuperPay couldn't collect the payment from the shipper. Reach out to the shipper on the load. Only the shipper can ask Super Dispatch to retry it.

Instant Transfer
Why don't I see Instant Transfer on a load?
Super Dispatch reviews each order on its own against a set of eligibility checks before Instant Transfer is offered, so one order can qualify while another, even with the same broker, doesn't. The shipper doesn't control it, and not seeing it doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.
