Introduction
Submitting your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a required step in becoming a Verified Carrier on Super Dispatch.
To begin verification, you must complete both steps below:
- Upload your COI in Carrier TMS (or the Driver App).
- Have your insurance agent send the COI directly to compliance@superdispatch.com.
Why COI Verification Is Required
To access the Super Loadboard and book loads, your carrier profile must be verified. A valid COI with Super Dispatch listed as the certificate holder confirms that your insurance is active and compliant with broker requirements.
Verification cannot begin until both requirements are complete:
| Requirement | Required |
|---|---|
| Upload the COI in Carrier TMS (or Driver App) | ✔ |
| Your insurance agent emails the COI directly to compliance@superdispatch.com | ✔ |
How to Add Super Dispatch as a Certificate Holder
Step 1: Contact Your Insurance Provider
Ask your insurance provider to add Super Dispatch as a certificate holder on your COI. This allows us to receive policy updates and verify compliance.
Step 2: Provide Super Dispatch Company Information
Share the following information with your insurance agent:
Super Dispatch
905 McGee St #210
Kansas City, MO 64106
Step 3: Upload the Updated COI
Once your insurance provider has added Super Dispatch as the certificate holder, you must upload the updated COI to your account.
Upload your COI in Carrier TMS here: https://carrier.superdispatch.com/tms/profile/cargo_insurance
You can also upload your COI in the Driver App.
Carrier TMS Upload Steps
1) Click your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner of Carrier TMS.
2) Select Carrier Profile.
3) Open the Cargo Insurance section.
4) If a COI is already uploaded, click Remove to delete the old file.
5) Click Choose File and upload the updated COI.
Make sure the uploaded COI clearly shows:
- The insured company name
- Active policy dates
- Coverage limits
- Super Dispatch listed as the certificate holder
Step 4: Your Insurance Agent Must Email the COI
After you upload the COI, your insurance agent must email the same COI directly to our Compliance team at compliance@superdispatch.com.
What Happens After Submission?
After both your COI upload and the insurance agent email are received, your carrier verification enters the review stage.
| Status | What this means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Documents are under review by Compliance. You cannot book loads yet. |
| Verified | Verification is approved and you can request and book loads. |
Reviews are typically completed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST), depending on the accuracy and completeness of your documents.
While your status is Pending, you can still browse loads, import loads, and use the Driver App — but booking is restricted.
