Super Dispatch verifies carrier documents to ensure compliance, safety, and trust on the platform. If your documents cannot be verified, it usually means required information is missing, incorrect, or does not meet verification requirements.
When this happens, our Compliance team will notify you with details on what needs to be corrected before your verification can continue.
Common Reasons Documents Cannot Be Verified
Use the table below to quickly identify the most common issues that prevent documents from being approved.
| Issue | What This Means |
|---|---|
| Missing information | Required fields such as company name, policy dates, or signatures are missing |
| Incorrect details | Information does not match your carrier profile or official records |
| Expired documents | Insurance, permits, or forms are no longer valid |
| COI not sent by provider | Certificate of Insurance was uploaded but not emailed directly by the insurer |
| Unreadable files | Uploaded documents are blurry, cropped, or incomplete |

Booking Loads While Documents Are Being Fixed
Even if your documents cannot be verified, you may still be able to work with specific shippers depending on your relationship with them.

| Approved by a shipper | Request and bid on that shipper’s loads |
| Preferred by a shipper | Use Book Now (Instant Book) and request or bid on loads |

What Is an Approved Carrier? What Does “Can Instantly Book” Mean?
To request Approved or Preferred status, you’ll need to contact the shipper directly and ask about their approval process.
To request Approved or Can Instantly Book status, you’ll need to contact the shipper directly and ask them to update your carrier permissions.
You can find shipper contact information directly from a load you’ve previously worked on:
- Open any load you’ve previously booked in Carrier TMS
- Click the Shipper name shown on the load
- Review the shipper’s profile for available contact details
Shippers control these permissions on their end, so Super Dispatch Support and Compliance teams are unable to apply Approved or Instant Book access on your behalf.
