Getting Verified
How do I become a Verified Carrier?
Complete your Carrier Profile, verify your phone number, and upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9 in Carrier TMS. Some carrier types also need proof of business registration. Once everything is submitted, your status shows Pending while Compliance reviews it.

How long does verification take?
Compliance usually reviews requests within 24 to 48 hours. While you wait, your status shows Pending, and you'll get an email when you're approved or if something needs to be fixed.

Can you speed up my verification?
No. Neither Support nor the Compliance team can speed up a review. The fastest way to get verified is to make sure every document is complete and correct when you submit, so nothing has to be sent back.
What can I do while my verification is pending?
You can still set up your account. Import loads, browse the Super Loadboard, and set up load alerts so you're ready to book once you're approved.

Insurance (COI)
How do I submit or update my Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Upload your COI to your Carrier Profile in Carrier TMS, or from the Driver App. Ask your insurance provider to list Super Dispatch as the certificate holder and to email a copy directly to compliance@superdispatch.com.

How do I keep my Verified status when my insurance renews?
Upload your renewed COI before your current one expires, ideally at least 1 week ahead. If your COI expires before the new one is approved, your Verified status can be revoked until the new one is reviewed.

Problems and Declines
Why can't I verify my phone number?
The verification code goes to the phone number on your FMCSA record. If no number is found, or it's out of date, update it with the FMCSA first. Once the new number shows in MOTUS, try again from your Carrier Profile.

My USDOT or MC number shows as inactive. What do I do?
Super Dispatch can't verify a carrier with inactive authority. Reactivate your USDOT or MC with the FMCSA, then resubmit your verification request.

Why was my verification request declined?
Most declines come down to one document that's missing, expired, or doesn't match your account. The decline email tells you what to fix. Upload the corrected document, then check that Pending Verification shows on your profile.
