Phone verification is a required step for all carriers on Super Dispatch. It helps confirm your identity, reduces fraud, and ensures shippers and brokers can reliably contact you about loads.
Phone verification is required before your carrier verification can be approved, regardless of your carrier type or USDOT status.

Phone Verification Overview
Phone verification confirms that the phone number associated with your carrier profile is valid and reachable. This number is pulled from your FMCSA or business records and is verified one time unless changes are made later.

How to Verify Your Phone Number
Phone verification is completed from the Carrier Info tab inside your Carrier Profile.
Step 1: Open Your Carrier Profile
Click the profile icon in the bottom-left corner of Carrier TMS, then select Carrier Profile.
Step 2: Open the Carrier Info Tab
Navigate to the Carrier Info tab. If phone verification is required, you’ll see a To Do badge and a Verify Phone Now button.
Step 3: Click “Verify Phone Now”
Clicking this button opens the phone verification screen.
Step 4: Choose How to Receive the Code
You can receive your verification code by:
- Phone call
- Text message (SMS)
You can switch between call and text on any screen if needed.
Step 5: Enter the Verification Code
Enter the code sent to your phone.
- You can resend the code after 60 seconds
- The code is valid for 10 minutes
- You have up to 3 attempts per hour
Step 6: Confirmation
Once verified, the Verify Phone Now button is removed and a verification icon appears next to your phone number.
If There’s an Issue Verifying Your Phone
You may see an error if:
- The phone number is missing from FMCSA or business records
- An incorrect code is entered
- The verification code expires
- There’s a delivery issue with the call or SMS
Follow the on-screen instructions to retry or update your information.
