Becoming a verified carrier on Super Dispatch is a key step in building trust with shippers and brokers. Verification confirms that your company meets the necessary insurance and compliance standards, increasing your access to quality loads. This guide will walk you through the process of getting verified, ensuring your business is ready to operate seamlessly on the platform.
Carrier Verification Requirements
Super Dispatch now verifies all carrier types, including:
- Auto Haulers (with USDOT)
- Intrastate Carriers (operating within a single state)
- Driveaway Carriers
- Tow-Away Carriers
- Non-USDOT Carriers
Verification requirements vary based on whether your company has a USDOT number or operates without one.
Carriers With USDOT Numbers
If you operate under a USDOT number, follow these steps to complete your verification:
Step 1: Log Into Carrier TMS
- Go to superdispatch.com
- Go to Carrier TMS and log into your account.
Step 2: Complete Your Carrier Profile
- Click your Profile Icon in the bottom left.
- Select Carrier Profile and then click Carrier Info.
- Fill out the required information:
- Business Address (Street, City, State, Zip, Country)
- Contact Information (Name, Phone Number, Email)
- Business Start Year
- Click Save to update your details.
Step 3: Upload Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Click Cargo Insurance.
- Click Choose File, select your COI, and click Upload.
- Ensure the following details are visible:
- Who is insured
- Policy start and expiration dates
- Cargo Insurance coverage amount
- Super Dispatch listed as a Certificate Holder
- Enter any missing details manually:
- Expiration Date
- Cargo Limit
- Deductible
Important: Super Dispatch must be listed as a Certificate Holder on your Cargo Insurance. Without this, your application will remain in “Reviewed” status.

Step 4: Upload Your W-9 Form
- Click W-9 Form.
- Click Choose File, select your W-9, and click Save.
Important:

The W-9 must be signed and dated within the last two years.

If you need a blank W-9 form, you can download one from the IRS website.
Step 5: Upload Your USDOT Certificate / State Motor Carrier Permit
- Click USDOT Certificate and upload your official documentation.
- If required, upload your State Motor Carrier Permit.
Carriers Without a USDOT Number (Tow & Driveaway Carriers)
For tow-away, driveaway, and intrastate carriers without a USDOT number, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log Into Carrier TMS
- Go to superdispatch.com
- Access your Carrier TMS account.
Step 2: Complete Your Carrier Profile
- Click your Profile Icon > Carrier Profile > Carrier Info.
- Provide your Business Address, Contact Details, and Start Year.
Step 3: Upload Proof of Business Registration
Carriers without a USDOT number must provide state-level registration documents:
Tow-Away & Driveaway Carriers:
- Business License or State Motor Carrier Permit
- Cargo or On-Hook Insurance COI
- Proof of Tow or Driveaway plates (if applicable)
Step 4: Upload Your W-9 Form
- Click W-9 Form, upload the document, and click Save.
Step 5: Upload Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Click Cargo Insurance, upload your COI, and verify the required details are correct.
Step 6: Wait for Approval
- After submitting your documents, Super Dispatch will review your application. The process can take up to five business days.
Step 7: Get Verified
- Once your documents are approved, you’ll receive a Verified Carrier status. You’ll get a notification confirming your verification, allowing you to book and manage loads more efficiently.
What’s Next After Verification?
Once verified, you can:
- Access more load opportunities by appearing as a verified carrier to shippers and brokers.
- Use Instant Booking for eligible loads.
- Maintain your Verified Status by ensuring your COI and W-9 remain up to date.
