Introduction
When working with loads dispatched through Super Dispatch, it’s important to know how to quickly find a shipper or broker’s contact details. Whether you need to reach out about pickup instructions, payment information, or delivery status, Carrier TMS makes it easy to locate this information directly from your load.
How to Find Shipper Information from a Load
Step 1: Log in to Carrier TMS
- Visit carrier.superdispatch.com and log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to the Loads tab
- From the left-hand menu, click on Loads to view all active, assigned, or completed loads.
Step 3: Select the relevant load
- Click on the load you want to view. This will take you to the Load Details page.
Step 4: Locate the Shipper or Broker information
- Inside the Load Details page, scroll to the Customer / Shipper section.
- This area displays the shipper or broker's name, company, phone number, and email address (if provided by the shipper).
What If No Contact Info Is Visible?
Sometimes a shippers contact information on a load may be out of date/not accurate. In this case, we recommend:
- Double-checking the Load Notes section for any alternate contacts.
- Reaching out directly to Super Dispatch Support at support@superdispatch.com or via the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Pro Tip
Once you’ve worked with a shipper, they’ll be saved in your system. If you’re trying to reference them for a future job or billing question, you can also find their information by searching through your Load History using filters by status, dates, or order ID.
