Introduction
Delivery confirmation emails ensure that your team receives a Bill of Lading (BOL) for every load that has been successfully delivered by your company. By adding an email address to the Delivery Confirmation Emails field, you can automatically send BOL attachments to key team members, keeping your records accurate and up to date.

Setting Up Delivery Confirmation Emails
Step 1: Open Carrier TMS Settings

Click on the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner of Carrier TMS.

Select Settings from the menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Notification Settings

Locate the Delivery Confirmation Emails field.

Step 3: Broker Notifications

By checking the box "Send pickup/delivery notifications to brokers" This will also send them a notifications letting them know of pickup/delivery.
Step 4: Enter the Recipient Email(s)

Enter the email address where you want to receive delivery confirmation emails with BOL attachments.

To send the BOL to multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma (,), but do not include spaces.
Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click Save to confirm your settings.
What to Expect in Delivery Confirmation Emails
Once set up, recipients will receive an email from your company name whenever a load is delivered.

Attached Bill of Lading (BOL)
