Creating Load Alerts
Below are step-by-step instructions for creating Load Alerts on the website, so you’ll never miss a load on your preferred routes.
Step 1: Log Into Your Super Dispatch Account

Open the Super Dispatch website and log in using your credentials.

If you are using the mobile app, ensure you're logged into your account there as well.

Step 2: Access the Loadboard

Navigate to the Loadboard tab in the main menu.

Step 3: Perform a Search

Select Advanced Search to begin entering information.

Use filters to set your preferred search criteria for loads.
- Origin: Enter the desired pickup location.
- Destination: Enter the desired delivery location.
- Vehicle type: Add the types of vehicles you can (or want to) transport.
- Payment terms: Filter by how the load pays.
- Shippers: Include or exclude specific shippers.
- Adjust the filters until you have narrowed down your search.
Step 4: Set Up Load Alerts

To receive notifications of new loads posted on this route, toggle Load Alerts.

Enter a descriptive name for this load alert.

Select the Load Alert Duration. Choose Today Only, 7 Days, or Permanent.
- Click Save and Search to save your Load Alert and search the Super Loadboard for available loads along the route.
Step 6: Manage Your Load Alerts

View, edit, or delete your saved searches anytime in the Load Alerts section within the Loadboard.

- You can edit your search options and the name of any saved Load Alert at any time.
Step 7: Stay Updated
- Once everything is set, you’ll start receiving notifications via email and SMS whenever new loads matching your search criteria are posted.
