Introduction
If you're not receiving Load Alerts, text messages, or other phone-based notifications from Super Dispatch, it's possible that our number was accidentally blocked on your phone. This is more common than it might seem—and can usually be resolved in just a few taps.
In this article, we’ll show you how to check for blocked numbers on the most common phone manufacturers, including Apple, Samsung, Google, and Motorola. We highly recommend checking this before reaching out to Support, especially if you previously received messages from us but they’ve stopped.
How to Check for Blocked Numbers
Follow the steps below based on your phone model to check if Super Dispatch’s number has been blocked. If our number is blocked, you won’t receive any automated texts, load alerts, or payment notifications.
Apple (iPhone)
Here’s how to check and unblock numbers on iPhones (iOS 16+):
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Phone.
- Select Blocked Contacts.
- Look for any Super Dispatch numbers in the list (e.g., 816-###-####).
- If found, tap Edit and then tap the red minus (-) next to the number to unblock it.
Samsung (Galaxy Series)
Follow these steps for Samsung Galaxy devices using One UI:
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Blocked numbers.
- Look for Super Dispatch numbers. If found, tap the minus (-) icon to remove them.
Google Pixel
Here’s how to check on a Google Pixel device running Android 13 or newer:
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Blocked numbers.
- Review the list and tap the X next to any Super Dispatch numbers to unblock them.
Motorola (Moto Devices)
To unblock numbers on Motorola devices (Moto G, Moto E, etc.):
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings > Blocked numbers.
- Find and remove any Super Dispatch numbers that appear on the list.
Which Number Should I Look For?
Super Dispatch may use several phone numbers for Load Alerts, payment notifications, and Driver App communication. These typically begin with the area code 816 or may show up as short-code SMS numbers. If you're unsure, check for any numbers that match those used in past messages from Super Dispatch.
Still Not Receiving Alerts?
If you’ve unblocked our number and still aren’t receiving notifications, it could be due to:
- Carrier-level spam filtering (e.g., AT&T or Verizon flagging SMS as spam)
- Custom notification settings or Do Not Disturb mode
- Blocked SMS permissions for the app (especially for Android users)
We also recommend verifying that your phone number is correctly entered in your profile within Super Dispatch.
