Introduction
Notification emails help keep your team updated on every load pickup and delivery completed by your company. By adding an email address to the Notification Emails field, you can ensure that your team receives real-time updateswhenever a load is picked up or delivered.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to set up notification emails and provide best practices for entering multiple recipients.
Setting Up Notification Emails
Step 1: Open Carrier TMS Settings

Click on the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner of Carrier TMS.

Select Settings from the menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Notification Settings

Select Notifications

In the Settings menu, locate the Notification Emails field.


Step 3: Enter the Recipient Email(s)

Enter the email address that should receive pickup and delivery notifications.

If you need to enter multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma (,) but do not include spaces.

Example: dispatch@company.com,billing@company.com,manager@company.com

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click Save to ensure the changes take effect.
What to Expect in Notification Emails
Once set up, recipients will receive an email from Super Dispatch whenever a load is picked up or delivered.
Each email will include:

Load ID
-
Pickup/Delivery date & time

Additional load details
These notifications help keep dispatchers, accountants, and fleet managers informed about load statuses in real time.
