Introduction
Super Dispatch is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and professional marketplace for all users. To support this goal, we've introduced a simple and secure way for verified carriers to report suspicious or fraudulent shipper behavior directly from within Carrier TMS.
This guide explains how to report a shipper, what happens after, and how it makes Super Dispatch safer.
Why Report a Shipper?
If you encounter suspicious activity while working with a shipper—such as potential fraud, double-brokering, or repeated non-payment—you now have a way to bring it to our attention quickly and anonymously. Your report helps protect others in the Super Dispatch community and ensures we take timely action where needed.
Common reasons to report a shipper:
- Double-brokering
- Non-payment for completed loads
- Improper behavior or harassment
- Account Hacking
- Stolen vehicles or fraudulent activity
How to Report a Shipper
Step 1: Open the Carrier TMS
- Log in to your Carrier TMS account at carrier.superdispatch.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the Shipper's Profile
- You can access a shipper's profile by clicking their name inside the Load Details page or from a completed load's summary.
Step 3: Click "Report Shipper"
- At the top of the shipper profile, click the “Report Shipper” button. A short form will appear asking you to describe the issue.
Step 4: Submit Your Report
- Select the most relevant reason from the dropdown menu and provide any necessary details to help us understand the situation. You may choose to submit the report anonymously. Click Submit to complete your report.
Note: Once submitted, our fraud investigation team will review the report and follow up as needed. You do not need to take any further action unless contacted.
Carrier TMS & Super Loadboard: New Shipper Dialog
To further support safety and transparency, Super Dispatch has introduced a new dialog experience when booking loads from new shippers on Super Loadboard.
What You’ll See:
- If a shipper joined Super Dispatch within the past 30 days, a dialog box will appear when you click to book one of their loads.
- The dialog will notify you that the shipper is new and display the month they joined the platform.
- You can choose to continue booking the load or cancel if you'd prefer to research the shipper further.
Why It Matters:
This feature provides more transparency when interacting with new accounts, helping you make informed decisions before accepting a load. It's part of our ongoing commitment to reducing risk and ensuring trustworthy load bookings across the platform.
What Happens After You Report a Shipper?
Reports are reviewed by our internal fraud and compliance team. Depending on the nature of the report, we may contact the shipper directly, place their account on hold, or take other necessary steps to investigate and resolve the issue.
Your privacy is protected throughout the process, and your name will not be shared with the shipper.
