Instant Booking requirements for Carriers

    Introduction

    Super Dispatch upholds strict carrier requirements to ensure that only qualified carriers have access to book loads instantly. These standards maintain high-quality service, mitigate risks, and enhance the overall reliability of load deliveries. Instant booking is exclusively available to carriers who meet the specific criteria outlined below.

    Carrier Eligibility Requirements

    To qualify for Instant Booking, carriers MUST meet the following criteria:

    Verified Carrier Status

    • The carrier MUST be Verified in Super Dispatch.
    • Verification confirms compliance with insurance, licensing, and performance standards.

    Valid USDOT Number

    • The carrier MUST have a valid USDOT number registered with the FMCSA (only digits).
    • This confirms that the carrier is legally authorized to transport goods.

    Trailer Capacity and Cargo Limit

    • The carrier MUST have the largest trailer capacity recorded in their profile.
    • The carrier MUST have an active Cargo Limit that aligns with load requirements.
    Note: If a shipper has Cargo Insurance Minimum requirements, the carrier’s specifications must meet or exceed the following:

    The cargo limit MUST be greater than the shipper’s requirements for the carrier’s largest trailer capacity.

    Carrier Performance Requirements

    Super Dispatch evaluates carrier performance to ensure high-quality service. Carriers must meet the following criteria to qualify for load assignments:

    Experience and Ratings

    • The carrier MUST have more than 3 ratings from completed loads.
    • The carrier MUST have successfully delivered more than 5 loads.

    Business Registration and FMCSA Compliance

    • The carrier MUST have a recorded business start date with FMCSA.
    • The carrier MUST have been in business for at least 90 days, as reflected in MyCarrierPortal DOT Date.

    Performance Metrics

    • The carrier MUST have a Late Cancellation Performance indicator of less than 10%.
    • The carrier MUST maintain a Rating Performance score of more than 80%.
