Introduction
Super Dispatch requires verification for all carriers before they can request and book loads on the Super Loadboard.
If your carrier account is new or your verification has not yet been approved, your status will appear as Pending.

What Pending Status Means
When your carrier account is in Pending status, our Compliance team is actively reviewing your submitted documents and verification information.
During this review, your access to certain Loadboard features is limited. Once all requirements are approved, your status will automatically update and full access will be restored.
What You Can Do While in Pending Status
Even while your verification is under review, you can continue setting up and preparing your account.
- Import loads manually to organize upcoming shipments
- Import loads from other load boards using supported import tools
- Explore the platform and familiarize yourself with the interface
- Review reporting tools to prepare for performance tracking
- Browse the Super Loadboard to see available loads
- Create Load Alerts and saved searches so you’re ready to act once verification is complete

How will I know when I become Verified?
Once your verification is approved, you’ll receive an email notification and your Carrier Profile will display the Verified badge automatically.
Can I request loads while my account is Pending?
No. While in Pending status, carriers can browse the Super Loadboard but cannot request or book loads from shippers.
How long does document review usually take?
Verification applications are typically reviewed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST).
In some cases, reviews may take up to 5 full business days depending on document accuracy and completeness.
Can Support tell me when my verification will be approved?
No. Support teams cannot provide approval timelines. If any issues are found during review, the Compliance team will contact you directly.
