Inspection Type Options

    Introduction

    The Super Dispatch Driver App supports three inspection types: Standard, Advanced, and AIAG. Each load can have a different inspection type, and the driver follows the inspection flow for the type set on that load.

    Inspection Types Overview

    Standard Inspection

    • Photos are optional.
    • Interior inspection is optional.
    • The Customer Not Available stamp is available.

    Advanced Inspection

    • Six photos are required at pickup and six at delivery (12 minimum in total).
    • Interior inspection is optional.
    • A customer signature is required.
    • If any required photos are missing, the app notifies the driver before they can continue.
    • GPS must be enabled at both pickup and delivery to record accurate location data for each inspection.
    Note: When a shipper turns on Advanced Inspections for their loads, GPS is required automatically. This records location at both pickup and delivery, adding a layer of verification similar to SuperPay tracking. GPS enforcement applies only to shipper-created loads posted to the Super Loadboard, not to loads carriers create in Carrier TMS.

    AIAG Inspection

    • Follows the AIAG inspection standards used by OEMs.
    • If there's no damage, the inspection can be skipped.
    • Each marked damage must include the correct AIAG damage code.
    • At least two photos are required for each damage.
    • AIAG damages appear in the Damages section of the inspection summary.

    Integrated Inspection Features

    All inspection types include these features on the Vehicle Inspection screen:

    Photo and Video Viewer

    Swipe through all inspection photos and videos in the Photos & Videos section, and tap any image to view it full screen. If required photos are missing, the driver sees a reminder.

    Additional Inspection Section

    Custom notes and extra inspection details, such as odometer reading and whether the vehicle is drivable, are grouped together in the Additional Inspection section for easy customer review.

    Damages Tracker

    A vehicle wireframe in the Damages section shows every marked damage with its photos. For AIAG inspections, it also shows the damage codes.

    Pickup/Delivery Toggle

    Tap Pickup Inspection or Delivery Inspection at the top of the screen to switch between them, so drivers can review each one or show the customer a side-by-side comparison.

    Quick Recap

    • Standard: Photos and interior checks are optional.
    • Advanced: Requires photos, a customer signature, and GPS at pickup and delivery. GPS is enforced automatically for shipper-created loads on the Super Loadboard.
    • AIAG: Follows OEM standards and requires damage codes and supporting photos.
    • All types: The Photo and Video Viewer, Damages Tracker, and Pickup/Delivery Toggle make inspections faster and more transparent.
