Introduction
Super Dispatch supports three different inspection types within the Driver App. Each load may be assigned a different inspection type, and drivers will be required to follow the corresponding inspection flow based on that selection.
Inspection Types Overview
Below are the three supported inspection types and what each one requires:
Standard Inspection
- Photos are optional
- Interior inspection is optional
- “Customer Not Available” stamp is available
Advanced Inspection
- Six photos are required at pickup and six at delivery (minimum of 12 total)
- Interior inspection is optional
- Customer signature is required
- If any required photos are missing, the system will notify the driver before continuing
- Requires GPS to be enabled at both pickup and delivery to capture accurate location data for each inspection
Note: When a Shipper enables Advanced Inspections for their loads, GPS enforcement is automatically applied. This ensures location information is recorded at both pickup and delivery, providing an additional layer of verification similar to SuperPay tracking. This GPS enforcement applies only to shipper-created loads posted to the Super Loadboard—it does not apply to loads created directly by carriers in Carrier TMS.
AIAG Inspection
- Follows the AIAG Inspection Standards used by OEMs
- If no damage is present, the inspection can be skipped
- Each marked damage must include an appropriate AIAG damage code
- A minimum of two photos is required per damage
- AIAG damages are clearly visible in the “Damages” section of the inspection summary

Integrated Inspection Features
All inspection types benefit from features designed to improve visibility and organization, including:
- Photo and Video Viewer: Swipe through all inspection photos and videos in one place. Tap any image to view in full screen. If required photos are missing, drivers will see a friendly reminder.
- Damages Tracker: Visual wireframe shows all marked damages with associated photos and codes (AIAG only).
- Additional Inspection Section: All custom notes and extra inspection details are grouped together for easy customer review.
- Pickup/Delivery Toggle: Drivers can switch between pickup and delivery inspections with a single tap to review or show comparisons.
Quick Recap
- Standard Inspections allow optional photos and interior checks.
- Advanced Inspections require photos, signatures, and GPS tracking at both pickup and delivery (for shipper-created loads).
- AIAG Inspections follow OEM standards and require damage codes and supporting photos.
- Integrated features like the Photo Viewer, Damage Tracker, and Pickup/Delivery Toggle make inspections faster and more transparent.
Advanced Inspections now provide automatic GPS enforcement for added verification, helping shippers ensure accurate pickup and delivery location data for loads posted on Super Loadboard.
