Introduction

No more tedious manual order entry. Now, you can import your orders directly from other LoadBoards and major brokers! Follow the step-by-step guide below to quickly and easily bring orders into your Driver App.

Important Notes: For iOS users: Make sure to use Safari on your iPhone or iPad. 
Using Chrome or other browsers may not work. The steps outlined below are the same 
for all broker dispatch sheets once you have the PDF opened.

How to Import Loads in the Driver App

Importing loads into the Driver App is simple and eliminates the need for manual entry. Follow these steps to quickly import a load from other LoadBoards or broker dispatch sheets into the Driver App.

Note: Ensure that Super Dispatch supports the dispatch sheet format you are 
importing.

Step 1: Open the Driver App and Start the Import Process

• Open the Driver App on your mobile device.
• Tap the ”+” (plus) icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Select “Import PDF Dispatch Sheet” from the menu.

Step 2: Locate the Dispatch Sheet

• Your device will open the Files app (on iPhone) or Google Drive (on Android).
• Navigate to the folder where your dispatch sheet PDF file is saved.
• Select the dispatch sheet you want to import.

Step 3: Confirm the Import

• After selecting the file, the Driver App will process the dispatch sheet.
• A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the import—tap “Import” to proceed.

Step 4: Access Your Imported Load

• Once imported successfully, go to your Orders list in the Driver App.
• Your new load will be available and ready for use.
• From here, you can begin the Vehicle Inspection process.

How to Import Orders from Other LoadBoards

Below, we will walk you through How to Import Orders from Other LoadBoards:

Step 1: Log into Your LoadBoard Account

• Open the browser on your device and log into your LoadBoard account using the same device where you are signed into the Driver App.

• Navigate to Find Shipments → Dispatched to Me (or a similar section in your LoadBoard).

Step 2: Select the Load You Want to Import

• Locate the load you want to import.

• Click the View button to open the load details.

Step 3: Open the Dispatch Sheet

• Click on the Print button. This will generate a PDF file of the dispatch sheet in a new tab.

Step 4: Share the Dispatch Sheet to the Driver App

• Once the PDF opens, tap the Share icon on your device.

• Select the Driver App from the sharing options.

Step 5: Import the Order

• A prompt will appear in the Driver App. Tap Import to confirm.

• A message will indicate whether the import was successful.

Step 6: Locate Your Imported Order

• Open the Driver App and find your newly imported order in the order list.

• Once the order is imported, you are ready to start the Vehicle Inspection process.
