Introduction
This article explains how drivers can cancel a load directly from the Driver App. If you’ve accepted a load and no longer wish to move forward with it, you can cancel it using the steps below. This action will remove the load from your list and notify the shipper of the cancellation.
Step-by-Step: How to Cancel a Load
Follow these steps to cancel a load in the Driver App:
Step 1: Open the Driver App
Launch the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device and log in, if you haven’t already.
Step 2: Go to the Loads Tab
Tap the Loads tab at the bottom of the screen to see your assigned loads.
Step 3: Locate the Load
Find the load you want to cancel. The load must be in the New section in order to cancel it.
Step 4: Swipe Right on the Load
Swipe right on the load to reveal action buttons.
Step 5: Tap “Cancel/Delete”
Select the Cancel/Delete button from the options.
Step 6: Select a Reason and (Optional) Comment
Choose a cancellation reason from the list and add an optional comment if you'd like to explain why you're canceling.
Step 7: Confirm Cancellation
Tap Yes, Cancel and Delete to confirm. The load will be removed from your active list and your dispatcher will be notified.
