Introduction
Once a vehicle has been picked up or delivered, drivers can send a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL) directly from the Super Dispatch Driver App. This feature ensures that brokers, shippers, or dispatchers receive a completed BOL for their records—quickly and securely.

How to Send a BOL in the Driver App
Below, we will walk you through How to Send a BOL in the Driver App:
Step 1: Open the Super Dispatch Driver App
- Log into the Driver App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap on the 'Loads' Tab
- From the main menu, go to the Loads section.
- Select the load for which you'd like to send the BOL.
Step 3: Open the Load Details
- Tap the load to open its details.
Step 4: Tap ‘Send BOL’
- Tap the Send BOL button in the upper right hand corner of your screen (you’ll also see this option after a pickup or delivery is completed).
Step 5: Choose How to Send the BOL
- You can send the BOL via:
- Email – Enter the recipient’s email address.
Note: You can also send the BOL to yourself if you want to forward it manually.
Step 6: Confirm and Send
- After entering the contact details, tap Send BOL via Email.
- You’ll receive a confirmation that the BOL has been sent successfully.
When Can You Send the BOL?
- You can send the Pickup BOL after completing pickup.
- You can send the Delivery BOL after completing delivery.
- If both pickup and delivery are completed, you can send a full Final BOL.
