Introduction
Keep brokers and shippers informed without unnecessary calls, texts, or emails by using the Send Status Update feature in the Super Dispatch mobile app. This article explains how to send status updates, what information is shared, and how to enable or disable the feature.
Why Use Status Updates?
The Send Status Update feature allows you to share key load details quickly and efficiently, giving brokers and shippers real-time updates while minimizing interruptions to your workflow.
What Information Is Shared?
When you tap Send Status Update inside an order in the mobile app, the broker or shipper will receive an email containing the following details:

Load ID
-
Your Company Name
-
Current Location (City, State, Zip)

Current Time (Central Standard Time)
-
Estimated Miles Remaining to the delivery location

How to Use the Send Status Update Button
Below, we will show you How to Use the Send Status Update Button:
Step 1: Open the Mobile App

Log in to the Super Dispatch mobile app and navigate to the Loads tab.
Step 2: Select an Order

Tap on the order for which you want to send a status update.
Step 3: Tap Send Status Update

Locate and tap the Send Status Update button.
Note: If the button is greyed out or not visible, ensure the order has a valid Load ID
number and Broker/Shipper email address.
Step 4: Confirm Sent Update
- Once tapped, the update will be sent to the broker or shipper at the email address listed in the Broker/Shipper section of the load.
Note: The status update email does not include a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL).
To share the BOL, use the Share BOL function in the mobile app.
How to Enable/Disable the Status Update Feature
Below we will show you How to Enable/Disable the Status Update Feature:
Step 1: Open App Settings

Navigate to the Profile screen in the mobile app.
Step 2: Access Settings

Tap on Settings in the menu.
Step 3: Toggle the Feature

Locate the Status Updates toggle and tap it to enable or disable the feature as needed.
Privacy Information
Your privacy is important to us. The Send Status Update feature sends your current location only when you tap the button. Super Dispatch does not track your location. You are in complete control of this feature.
