How to Send Invoices from the Driver App

    Introduction

    If you're using the Super Dispatch Driver App, sending invoices is quick and simple. Once a load has been delivered and marked as completed, you can send an invoice directly to the broker or shipper from your mobile device. This helps speed up payment and ensures you stay organized on the road.

    This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of sending an invoice right from the Driver App.

    How to Send an Invoice from the Driver App

    Step 1: Open the Super Dispatch Driver App

    • Log in using your email and password associated with your driver account.

    Step 2: Navigate to the Delivered Tab

    • Tap on the “Delivered” tab at the top of the screen.

    • This section shows all loads that have been marked as delivered.

    Step 3: Select the Load You Want to Invoice

    • Tap the load you just delivered.

    • Make sure the load is marked as Delivered. You cannot send an invoice until the delivery is completed.

    Step 4: Tap “Send Invoice”

    • Tap the “Invoice” button.

    Note: For this button to appear "Fleet Drive Mode" must be turned off.

    Step 5: Confirm Invoice Details

    • Review all details including:
      • Invoice ID
      • Payment terms
      • Amount
      • Shipper Information
      • Email Address

    • If everything looks correct, press "Next."

    Step 6: Send the Invoice

    • Tap the “Send Invoice via Email” button.

    • The invoice will be emailed to the shipper or broker listed on the order.

    Helpful Tips

    • Make sure all pickup and delivery inspections are completed and uploaded before sending an invoice.
    • If you notice an issue with the order, contact your dispatcher or the broker before sending the invoice.
    • You can always resend the invoice if needed by repeating the steps above.
