How to Join a Carrier on Super Dispatch

    Introduction

    If you are a Fleet Driver or plan to join a Carrier company already using Super Dispatch, you can easily request to join their account using the Super Dispatch Mobile App. Follow the steps below to create your Driver Account and get connected with your Carrier.

    How to Join a Carrier on Super Dispatch

    Below, we are going to walk you through how to join a Carrier on Super Dispatch:

    Step 1: Create a Driver Account

    • Open the Super Dispatch Mobile App and tap Create Driver Account on the home screen.

    Step 2: Enter Your Information

    • Fill in the required fields:

      • Email

      • First and Last Name

      • Password

      • Phone Number

      • USDOT# of the Carrier you’re signing up with.

    • Tap Verify to confirm the Carrier’s details.

    Step 3: Verify the Carrier Information

    • If the Carrier is already on Super Dispatch, a dialog box will appear.

    • Confirm the USDOT# and Carrier name are correct, then tap Send Request.

    • If the details are incorrect, tap Cancel, re-enter the correct USDOT#, and tap Verify again.

    Step 4: Wait for Approval

    • The Carrier’s account owner will receive an email to approve your request.

    • Once approved, you’ll see a confirmation screen in the app.

    Note: The Carrier’s account owner must approve your request for you to sign in to 
    the Super Dispatch Mobile App.

    Step 5: Log In to Your Account

    • After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

    • Tap Log In to Super Dispatch in the email and sign in using the email and password you created during the sign-up process.
