The Super Loadboard allows carriers to search for available loads that match their preferred routes, vehicle types, and timing. You can also create Load Alerts in the Driver App to get notified when new loads match your criteria.
How to Search the Loadboard
The Super Loadboard makes it easy to find available loads that match your preferred lanes and equipment type. By using filters like pickup location, delivery location, vehicle type, and pickup date, you can quickly narrow down results and focus on the loads that fit your schedule and capacity. Whether you're planning your next route or looking for a backhaul, using the search tools effectively helps you find and request loads faster.
Step 1: Open the Super Loadboard
Open the Driver App and navigate to the Super Loadboard.
Step 2: Enter Your Search Criteria
Use the search filters at the top of the Loadboard to narrow down results.
- Origin (Pickup Location) – City, state, or ZIP code
- Destination (Delivery Location) – City, state, or ZIP code
- Radius – Expand your search within a specific mileage range
- Vehicle Type – Filter by trailer or vehicle category
- Pickup Date – Narrow by available pickup timeframe
- Payment Terms – Filter based on preferred pay timing
Step 3: Review Load Details
Click on a load to view detailed information, including:
- Vehicle information
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Offered price
- Payment terms
- Shipper details
From there, you can submit a request or accept the load (if applicable).
How to Set Up Load Alerts in the Driver App
Load Alerts automatically notify you when new loads are posted that match your preferred search criteria.
Step 1: Open the Driver App
Log in to the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Navigate to Loadboard
Tap Loadboard from the bottom navigation menu.
Step 3: Enter Your Preferred Route
- Enter your desired pickup location
- Enter your destination (optional)
- Select your preferred radius
- Apply any additional filters
Step 4: Change "Load Alert Duration"
- Change the Load Alert Duration
- Options are
- Today Only
- 7 Days
- Permanent
Step 4: Save as a Load Alert
After setting your filters:
- Tap Save Search.
- Name your alert (optional).
- Confirm to activate notifications.
How to Manage or Edit Load Alerts
- Go to the Loadboard section in the Driver App
- Open your saved alerts
- Edit search criteria or delete alerts as needed
You can create multiple alerts for different lanes or regions.
