How to Send a Load Request
When you find a load on the Super Loadboard that matches your route and availability, you can submit a Load Request to let the shipper know you're interested.
Sending a load request does not automatically book the load — the shipper must review and approve your request before it becomes confirmed.
Before You Send a Request
Make sure you review all load details carefully before submitting your request.
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Vehicle details
- Offered price
- Payment terms
- Pickup window
How to Send a Load Request In Driver App
Sending a load request is quick and can be done from both Carrier TMS and the Driver App. Once submitted, the shipper reviews your request and updates the status accordingly.
Step 1: Open the Load
From the Super Loadboard, click or tap on the load to open the full details page.
Step 2: Review the Offer
Confirm the price, payment terms, and vehicle information. Some loads may allow you to submit your own rate if negotiation is enabled.
Step 3: Submit Your Request
- Click or tap Request Load.
- Confirm your rate (if applicable).
- Add any optional notes for the shipper.
- Submit your request.
After submission, the request status will update to show it has been sent.
What Happens After You Send a Request?
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Requested | Your request has been sent and is awaiting shipper review. |
| Accepted | The shipper approved your request. The load is now confirmed. |
| Declined | The shipper chose another carrier or declined the request. |
How to Improve Your Approval Rate
- Keep your carrier profile and insurance up to date
- Respond quickly to shipper messages
- Maintain strong performance ratings
- Submit competitive and realistic rates
Shippers often review multiple requests, so submitting clear and complete information can help you stand out.
