Introduction
Maintaining a safe and secure platform for shippers and carriers is a top priority at Super Dispatch. This guide will walk you through how to identify suspicious activity, when to report it, and red flags to watch out for when working with new or unfamiliar companies.
Reporting Suspected Fraud
If you suspect fraudulent activity on Super Dispatch, follow these steps to report it to our team:
Step 1: Contact Our Legal Team
-
Email legal@superdispatch.com with details of the suspected fraudulent activity.
Step 2: Describe Your Suspicion
-
Briefly describe why you believe the activity may be fraudulent.
-
Super Dispatch does not require hard evidence for an initial report—suspicions alone are valid grounds for an investigation.
Step 3: Provide Available Evidence (Optional)
-
If you have any supporting evidence, such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), dispatch sheets, rate confirmations, invoices, photos, or videos, attach them to your email. This documentation can help expedite the investigation process.
Evidence That Can Help Expedite Investigations
When reporting suspected fraud, providing any available documentation can help expedite the process. Helpful evidence includes:
-
Documents: Bills of Lading (BOLs), dispatch sheets, rate confirmations, and invoices.
-
Photos and Videos: Visual evidence showing any suspicious activities or behaviors.
Assisting Law Enforcement
If law enforcement becomes involved, Super Dispatch can provide them with a timeline of events, evidence, and any additional data to support their investigation.
Common Red Flags of Fraudulent Activity
No Ratings
Fraudulent accounts often lack ratings. A lack of ratings may indicate a newly created account by a potential bad actor, especially if the company name is unfamiliar or entirely new. Be cautious and consider favoring companies with established reputations.
Suspicious Ratings
Pay attention to both negative and positive ratings. Red flags to look for include:
-
Multiple negative ratings, which may signal past issues.

-
A sudden influx of positive ratings from related or similarly named companies. Bad actors may attempt to inflate their reputation by using affiliated accounts.
If you notice unusually high positive ratings in a short time (e.g., 10 positive reviews on the same day with similar comments), this could indicate fraudulent activity.
New Company Registration
Consider how long the company has been in operation. Fraudulent accounts are often new and may claim to be experienced. New accounts without a history increase the risk of fraudulent activity.
To protect yourself, you can ask questions, request additional documentation, and verify details over the phone with the contact information on the FMCSA database.
Verification Documents
Being “Verified” on Super Dispatch confirms that a company is legally registered. However, it does not reflect a company’s ethical standing. Requesting additional documents—such as driver’s licenses, articles of incorporation, or verification through FMCSA—can help ensure the company’s legitimacy.

Lack of Inspection Photos
If a carrier doesn’t provide inspection photos through Super Dispatch but sends them through email or text, this may indicate double-brokering. Legitimate inspection photos should be uploaded directly through the platform to ensure transparency.
If a carrier emails you a BOL with photos rather than sharing them on Super Dispatch, ask for an explanation to verify the load’s legitimacy.
Saying All the Right Things
Bad actors may provide all the “correct” answers to secure your trust and obtain the load. Gather all necessary information before dispatching, as it can be challenging to enforce terms once a load is dispatched.
Repeat Offenders
Fraudulent companies often reappear with new names after being reported. If a suspicious company asks detailed questions about your compliance processes, be cautious—they may be gathering information to avoid detection in the future.
