Introduction
Ratings help create trust and accountability between Shippers and Carriers on Super Dispatch. After a load is completed, eligible users can leave feedback based on their experience. These ratings are visible to other users and help inform future business decisions.
What Are Ratings?
Ratings are post-load evaluations that Shippers and Carriers can leave for one another. Each rating includes a star score, selected reasons, and an optional written comment.
Ratings are designed to reflect reliability, communication, and overall professionalism within the Super Dispatch marketplace.
