Introduction

Ratings build trust and accountability between shippers and carriers on Super Dispatch. After a load is completed, eligible users can leave feedback about their experience. Ratings are visible to other users and help them make better business decisions.

What Are Ratings?

Ratings are post-load reviews that shippers and carriers leave for each other. Each rating is Positive or Negative and can include selected reasons and an optional comment of up to 280 characters. Ratings reflect reliability, communication, and professionalism in the Super Dispatch marketplace.

Community Standards: Comments must stay professional and respectful. Ratings or comments with profane language, slurs, or discriminatory language based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or other protected characteristics violate Super Dispatch's community standards and will be removed.
