Introduction
In this article, we’ll show you how to dispute a negative rating within our platform. While Super Dispatch doesn’t currently offer an automated system for disputing ratings, we have a dedicated team that handles the process manually. If you’ve received a rating you feel is unfair, this article will walk you through the steps to submit a dispute and provide the necessary information for our team to review your case.
