This article explains how to dispute a negative rating on Super Dispatch. While rating disputes are not handled automatically, our Compliance team reviews disputes manually to ensure fairness and accuracy across the platform.
If you believe a rating was left in error or does not accurately reflect the experience, you can submit a dispute for review by following the steps below.
Rating Dispute Eligibility
Before submitting a dispute, make sure your request meets the requirements below.

How to Dispute a Rating
Follow the steps below to submit a rating dispute for review.
Step 1: Contact the Compliance Team
Start the dispute process by contacting our Compliance team directly.
Step 2: Complete the Dispute Form
Once you contact the Compliance team, you’ll receive a dispute form. Fill out the form completely and include all required details.

Step 3: Submit the Dispute
Submit the completed form and all supporting documents by replying directly to the Compliance team’s email thread.
Step 4: Review Period
After submission, the Compliance and Arbitration team will review your dispute.
- Typical review time is 3–4 weeks
- Additional information may be requested if needed
Step 5: Receive the Final Decision
Once the review is complete, you’ll receive the final decision via email. Decisions are based on the documentation and platform policies.
