Introduction
This article explains how Super Dispatch verifies carriers, what information and documents are reviewed, and how ongoing compliance is monitored after verification.
Carrier verification helps maintain a trusted and compliant marketplace. The Super Dispatch Compliance Team reviews carrier information, documentation, authorization status, and safety indicators to determine eligibility for Verified Carrier status.
How Carrier Verification Works
Carrier verification is not a single step—it is a structured review of required information, submitted documents, and safety data. The table below outlines what is reviewed and how each item impacts verification.
| Review Area | What Is Checked | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Company Information | Company name, address, phone number, email, and USDOT number | Ensures carrier identity matches all submitted records and FMCSA data |
| W-9 | Legal entity name, DBA (if applicable), signature, and date | Confirms legal business status and tax identity |
| Certificate of Insurance | Active cargo coverage, expiration date, and agency contact details | Verifies active insurance coverage required to transport vehicles |
| Authorization Confirmation | Phone number matching FMCSA records via call or SMS | Confirms the carrier is reachable and authorized |
| Safety & Operations | FMCSA operational status, safety data, and violation history | Identifies high-risk carriers and enforces safety standards |
Safety Review & Zero-Tolerance Policy
As part of the verification process, Super Dispatch enforces a zero-tolerance safety policy. Certain safety conditions result in an automatic decline.
| Condition | Result |
|---|---|
| Operating a CMV under the influence within the last 12 months | Automatic decline |
| Possession of drugs or alcohol while operating a CMV | Automatic decline |
| Operating a CMV without a valid CDL or driver’s license | Automatic decline |
| Excessive safety violations within a 12-month period | Automatic decline |
Verification Outcomes
After all reviews are completed, carriers are notified of their verification status.
| Status | What This Means |
|---|---|
| Approved | The carrier can immediately book loads on the Super Loadboard |
| Declined | The carrier is notified of the reason for decline and becomes eligible again once all outstanding issues are resolved |
Ongoing Monitoring
Verification is not a one-time check. Verified carriers are continuously monitored to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Authority status must remain authorized for property
- Active cargo insurance must be maintained at all times
If authority or insurance lapses, verified status may be automatically or manually revoked. Status can be reinstated once all compliance issues are resolved.
Reporting Fraud or Suspicious Activity
Super Dispatch actively investigates fraud and safety concerns as part of its compliance program.
If you believe a carrier is engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity, report it directly to fraud@superdispatch.com. All reports are reviewed by the appropriate team.
Verified Carrier Requirements for the Super Loadboard
Only verified carriers can book loads on the Super Loadboard.
Loads may still be offered to non-verified carriers through direct load offers, but working with verified carriers is strongly recommended.
Super Dispatch verifies legal incorporation, authority status, insurance coverage, and safety indicators. Shippers are encouraged to conduct additional vetting based on their own requirements.
