Introduction
To maintain a secure and trustworthy marketplace, Super Dispatch enforces strict standards around account verification and marketplace behavior. In certain cases, a user’s account may be revoked due to serious violations of our Terms and Conditions.
This article explains what account revocation means, why it happens, the types of activity that may lead to revocation, and what to do if you have questions about your account status.
What Does It Mean to Be Revoked?
A revoked account means that a user’s verification status has been removed due to confirmed violations of Super Dispatch marketplace standards. Revocation directly impacts how an account can interact with the Super Loadboard.
| Account Type | What Changes After Revocation |
|---|---|
| Carrier | Cannot request or book loads on the Super Loadboard |
| Shipper | Cannot post loads or send load offers on the Super Loadboard |
- Revoked carriers can no longer request or book loads on the Super Loadboard.
- Revoked shippers can no longer post loads or send load offers on the Super Loadboard.
Revocation is not temporary suspension—it reflects a serious enforcement action taken to protect the marketplace.
Why Are Accounts Revoked?
Super Dispatch is designed to support fast booking, clear communication, and safe, reliable transactions. When an account engages in behavior that undermines these principles, it creates risk for other users across the platform.
To protect the integrity of the marketplace and prevent further harm, Super Dispatch may revoke accounts involved in severe or repeated violations.
Common Violations That Lead to Revocation
The most serious violations typically involve fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal behavior. Below are the most common examples.
| Violation Type | Description | Enforcement Result |
|---|---|---|
| Double-Brokering | Re-brokering a load without shipper consent | Immediate revocation |
| Identity Theft | Impersonating another company or individual | Revocation and investigation |
| Vehicle Theft | Unauthorized pickup or attempted theft of vehicles | Permanent removal from platform |
Double-Brokering
Double-brokering occurs when a carrier accepts a load and then re-brokers it to another carrier without the shipper’s knowledge or consent. This creates confusion around responsibility, payment, and insurance—and in some cases may lead to theft.
Double-brokering is considered fraud and results in immediate revocation.
Identity Theft
Identity theft involves impersonating another individual or company to bypass verification, book loads, or gain access to the platform. This behavior erodes trust and places other users at risk.
Any form of impersonation is treated as a serious violation.
Vehicle Theft
Vehicle theft is the most severe violation on the Super Dispatch platform. Bad actors may use identity theft or double-brokering tactics to unlawfully obtain vehicles.
Super Dispatch actively investigates and permanently removes any accounts involved in vehicle theft or attempted theft.
What Happens After an Account Is Revoked?
Once an account is revoked, the user can no longer operate on the Super Loadboard and may be removed from the platform entirely. All revocations are logged, reviewed, and documented by our internal teams.
If you believe your account was revoked in error or you need clarification on the decision, you may contact the appropriate team for review.
