Introduction
To maintain a secure and trustworthy marketplace, Super Dispatch enforces strict standards around account verification and marketplace behavior. In certain situations, a user’s account may be revoked due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions. This article explains what revocation means, why it happens, and what types of activity may lead to an account being revoked.
What Does It Mean to Be Revoked?
A revoked account refers to the removal of a user’s verification status due to serious violations of marketplace standards. This impacts the user’s ability to operate on the Super Dispatch Loadboard.
- Revoked Carriers can no longer request or book loads on the Super Loadboard.
- Revoked Shippers can no longer post or send load offers on the Super Loadboard.

Why Are Accounts Revoked?
Super Dispatch is committed to building a reliable and efficient marketplace. In order to ensure quick booking times, transparent communication, and safe transactions, we must protect users from individuals or companies that compromise the integrity of the platform.
When someone commits a serious violation, it can erode trust across the marketplace, causing delays, confusion, and increased risk. To prevent this, Super Dispatch takes immediate action to remove such users.
Common Violations That Lead to Revocation
The most serious offenses involve fraudulent or criminal behavior. These include:
Double-Brokering
Double-brokering occurs when a carrier accepts a load and then re-brokers it to another carrier without the shipper’s knowledge or consent. This creates confusion around communication, payment, and insurance responsibilities — and in some cases, may even result in theft. Double-brokering is considered fraud and will result in immediate revocation.
Identity Theft
Identity theft involves a user impersonating another person or company without authorization. This is often done to bypass verification, book high-value loads, or commit fraud. Impersonation undermines marketplace trust and is taken extremely seriously.
Vehicle Theft
Theft of vehicles is the most serious offense on the platform. Bad actors may use identity theft or double-brokering tactics to gain access to loads and steal vehicles. Super Dispatch works proactively to detect, prevent, and remove users engaged in any form of vehicle theft.
What Happens After an Account Is Revoked?
Once an account is revoked, the user will be unable to operate on the Super Loadboard and may be removed from the platform entirely. All revocation activity is logged and investigated thoroughly.
