Introduction
If you want to stop a carrier from receiving, booking, or even viewing your company’s loads, Shipper TMS gives you the ability to blocklist them. Once a carrier is blocklisted, they will no longer have visibility into any loads posted by your company—ensuring full control over who can access and request your shipments.
What Happens When a Carrier Is Blocklisted?
- The carrier will no longer see any of your active or future load posts.
- They will not be able to request, book, or be assigned to your orders.
- This applies across all Super Loadboard and direct assignment workflows.
This feature is useful if you’ve had ongoing issues with a carrier or want to restrict access to your freight network.
