Super Dispatch now offers a fast, secure way to log into your account using Login Links. This feature allows users to receive a login link via email or SMS that takes them directly into the Carrier TMS or Driver App—no password required.

Login Links simplify the sign-in process by eliminating the need to remember a password. They improve security by generating a time-sensitive, one-time link and speed up access for drivers and dispatchers alike.

• Secure – The link expires after a short period and can't be reused.

Choosing Between Email and SMS

When requesting a Login Link, you can choose to receive it by SMS or email. Here's how to decide:

• SMS: Ideal for mobile users who want to log in quickly from their phone.
• Email: Recommended for desktop users or those who want to access the link from a different device.

Note: The login link must be opened on the same device that initiated the 
login request.

How to Use Login Links

Step 1: Visit the Super Dispatch Login Page

• Go to shipper.superdispatch.com (Shipper TMS.)

Step 2: Enter Your Email or Phone Number

• Type in the email address associated with your Super Dispatch account.
• Choose whether to receive your Login Link via email or SMS.

Step 3: Check Your Email or Phone

• Look for a message from Super Dispatch with your Login Link.
• If you don’t see the message, check your spam or junk folder (email) or ensure your phone has service (SMS).

Note: You'll only need to do this again if you’re using a new device 
or if it’s been more than 14 days since your last login.

Step 4: Open the Link

• Click the login link from your email or text message on the same device where you initiated the login.

• If you started the login on a desktop and received the link by SMS, you'll need to manually copy the link to your browser. The easiest method is to forward the login link from your phone to your email, then open the email on your desktop.

Step 5: You're In!

• Once you click the link, you'll be signed in and redirected to your dashboard or loads page.
