Login Links via Shipper TMS – Super Dispatch

Introduction

Super Dispatch offers a fast and secure way to sign in using Login Links. Instead of entering a password, you receive a one-time link by email or SMS that signs you in automatically.

This article explains how Login Links work, how to use them correctly, and what to watch for if a link doesn’t work.

Benefit	Why It Helps
No password required	Reduces forgotten passwords and resets
Time-limited access	Links expire quickly and can’t be reused
Works across devices	As long as the link is opened correctly

Email vs SMS: Which Should You Use?

You can receive Login Links by Email or SMS. The best option depends on where you’re signing in.

Method	Best For
SMS	Logging in on a phone or tablet
Email	Desktop login or switching devices

Important: Login Links must be opened on the same device and browser where they were requested.

How to Use a Login Link

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the appropriate Super Dispatch login page.

Shipper TMS: shipper.superdispatch.com
Carrier TMS: carrier.superdispatch.com

Step 2: Request a Login Link

Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account, then choose how you want to receive the link.

Step 3: Open Your Email or Messages in the Same Browser

This step is critical.

If you requested the link on Chrome, open your email in Chrome
Open your email provider directly in the browser (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, etc.)

Do not: Open the link inside a mobile mail preview app if you are trying to log in on desktop.

Step 4: Click the Login Link in the Browser

Click the Login Link directly inside your browser. The link will automatically sign you in.

Important: Make sure you are opening this email in the same browser you are using to log in to Super Dispatch. For example, if you’re signing in using Chrome, open your email by going to gmail.com, outlook.com, icloud.com, or your email provider inside Chrome—then click the login link. Opening the link from a different browser or a mail preview app may cause the login to fail.

If you received the link on your phone but need to log in on desktop, forward the email or message to yourself and open it on your computer.

Step 5: You’re Signed In

Once the link opens successfully, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard automatically.

Common Login Issues

Issue	What to Do
Link doesn’t work	Request a new link and try again
