Introduction

Keeping the marketplace safe for shippers and carriers is a top priority at Super Dispatch. This article explains how to report suspected fraud from Carrier TMS or Shipper TMS, what to include, and common warning signs to watch for when working with new or unfamiliar companies.

How to Report Fraud

Submitting a report alerts the Fraud and Compliance teams and starts an internal review. Reports are private.

Step 1: Open the Load

  • In Carrier TMS or Shipper TMS, open the load connected to the suspicious company.

Step 2: Open the Company's Profile

  • In the load details, click the shipper's or carrier's name to open their profile.

Step 3: Start the Report

  • In Carrier TMS: On the shipper's profile, click Report Fraud at the bottom of the About Us section.

  • In Shipper TMS: On the carrier's profile, click Report Carrier in the right-hand column, below Internal Notes.

Step 4: Choose What You're Reporting

  • Select the option that best fits: Stolen Vehicle, Double-Brokering, Vehicle Hostage, Payment Dispute, Suspicious Activity, or Other.

Step 5: Add Details and Submit

  • Fill out the form. For example, a stolen vehicle report asks for the vehicle's VIN, year, make, and model, your preferred contact method, and a description of what happened.
  • Submit the report.

What to Include in a Fraud Report

You don't need proof to report fraud. Suspicious behavior is enough. Supporting information helps the team investigate faster:

  • Documents: Bills of Lading (BOLs), rate confirmations, dispatch sheets, and invoices
  • Photos or videos: Inspection photos, damage documentation, or evidence of misleading behavior

To send more information after you submit a report, email fraud@superdispatch.com.

Common Red Flags

Red Flag What It May Indicate
No ratings A new account with no reputation or transaction history.
Suspicious ratings Sudden spikes, repeated wording, or reviews from related companies.
Recently registered company A business created very recently with little operating history.
Relying on the Verified badge A Verified badge confirms documents, not ethical behavior.
Off-platform inspections Requests to send inspection photos by email or text instead of through the app.
Overly polished responses Scripted answers that avoid direct questions about payment or compliance.
Repeat behavior Companies reappearing under new names after earlier reports.

You can check a company's registration and authority on the FMCSA Company Snapshot.

Working With Law Enforcement

If law enforcement gets involved, Super Dispatch can share communication logs, timelines, and submitted documents to help with the investigation when legally permitted.
