Sending a direct load offer to a carrier in Shipper TMS is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure your load reaches the right carrier efficiently.
Creating a Direct Load-offer
Below we will show you How to Create a Direct Load-offer:
Step 1: Log into Shipper TMS

Access your Shipper TMS account and navigate to your dashboard.
Step 2: Create a New Load

If you haven’t already, create a new load by entering the necessary details.

Once saved, navigate to the Loads page.
Step 3: Send a Load Offer

Open the specific load you want to offer to a carrier.

Click “Send Load Offer” to begin the process.
Step 4: Find the Carrier

Use the search bar to locate the carrier you want to send the load to.
Tip: We recommend searching by USDOT number to ensure you select the correct carrier, as multiple carriers may have similar names.
Step 5: Send the Offer

Once you’ve found the correct carrier, click “Send Offer.”

The load offer will now be sent to the carrier, and they can accept it from their end.
