Introduction
After a load has been picked up or delivered, dispatchers can send a copy of the Bill of Lading (BOL) directly from Carrier TMS. This makes it easy to share completed documents with brokers, shippers, or accounting teams—keeping everyone on the same page and operations moving smoothly.
This guide walks you through how to locate and send a BOL using Carrier TMS.
How to Send a BOL from Carrier TMS
Below we will walk you through How to Send a BOL from Carrier TMS:
Step 1: Log into Carrier TMS
- Go to carrier.superdispatch.com and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Open the 'Loads' Page
- From the left-hand menu, click on Loads.
- Use the tabs at the top to locate the load (New, Assigned, Picked Up, Delivered, etc.).
Step 3: Click on the Load
- Select the load you want to send a BOL for. This will open the Load Details page.
Note: You can also click the Options Button on the load screen as well to send a
BOL.
Step 4: Click 3 DOTS
- On the Load Details page, click the 3 DOTS in the upper right hand corner.
Step 5: Enter Recipient Details
- Enter the email address of the person or company you want to send the BOL to.
Note: Additionally you can select the BOL Template drop down menu and decide which
type of template you want to send
Step 6: Click ‘Send’
- Once you’ve entered the recipient's email, click the Send BOL button.
- A confirmation message will appear once the BOL has been successfully sent.
Types of BOLs You Can Send
- Pickup BOL: Available after the vehicle has been picked up.
- Delivery BOL: Available after the vehicle has been delivered.
- Final BOL: Includes full pickup and delivery information, available after both steps are complete.
