Introduction
You can easily add attachments like photos, PDFs, or documents to any load inside the Driver App. This is helpful for uploading supplemental documents such as tow receipts, gate passes, or condition reports that need to be shared with your dispatcher or shipper.
This guide will show you exactly how to upload attachments from your mobile device and optionally include them with your invoice.
Step-by-Step: How to Add Attachments in the Driver App
Follow these steps to upload attachments to a load you're working on.
Step 1: Open the Driver App
- Log in to the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Go to the Loads Tab
- Tap the Loads tab at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: Select the Load
- Find and tap the load you want to add an attachment to.
- You can select from New, Picked Up, or Delivered loads.
Step 4: Tap the Attachments Section
- Scroll down to the bottom of the load page.
- Look for the section labeled Attachments.
- Tap the Add Attachment button.
Step 5: Upload Your Attachment
- Select the type of file you want to upload (photo, PDF, or document).
- Choose a file from your phone’s gallery, camera, or file browser.
- The attachment will upload and appear under the Attachments section of that load.
Step 6: Repeat as Needed
- You can add multiple attachments if necessary.
- Once uploaded, attachments are visible to your dispatcher or broker inside Carrier TMS.
Optional: Include Attachments with an Invoice
If you want to include the attachments when sending an invoice, follow the steps below after uploading your documents to the load.
Step 1: Tap the Invoice Button
- At the top of the load screen, tap the Invoice button to begin creating your invoice. Or, if you have just delivered the load you will have the option of sending the invoice there as well.

Step 2: Select “Include attachments”
- After the initial invoice screen, you’ll see an option to Include attachments.
- Tap this option and select the files you'd like to send along with the invoice.
Step 3: Send the Invoice
- Once attachments are selected, proceed to send the invoice as you normally would.
- The attachments will be delivered along with the invoice for that load.
