Introduction

The Delivered Orders Report in Shipper TMS provides a centralized, visual overview of your most important shipping metrics. This report makes it easy to track volume, revenue, transit times, carrier performance, and more — without needing external tools or spreadsheets. Metrics include all delivered orders during the date range selected on the slider. Deleted orders and deleted vehicles not included. Use this guide to understand what each section of the report means and how to use it.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Access the Delivered Orders Report

This section walks you through how to find and open the Delivered Orders Report inside Shipper TMS.

Step 1: Log into Shipper TMS

Go to https://shipper.superdispatch.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Click on the Reports tab

Once logged in, look at the left-hand menu and click on Reports. This will take you to the reporting and analytics section.

Step 3: Select Delivered Orders

Under the list of available Reports, click Delivered Orders. This will open the full report view, where you can track your delivered shipments, revenue, carrier performance, and other insights.

Delivered Orders & Vehicles

The top section displays total Delivered Orders and Delivered Vehicles by week, helping you track volume trends over time. You can adjust the visible timeframe by moving the slider at the top of the report to view a specific range.

Note: Delivered vehicle totals reported here may not exactly match delivered vehicles on the Subscription Details page. Additionally, data may be delayed by up to 3 hours. More information about how vehicles are counted in your Super Dispatch Plan can be found here.

Delivered Orders & Vehicles by Carriers

This table shows a breakdown of how many orders and vehicles were delivered by each carrier. Use this section to identify your highest-volume carriers.

Financial Overview

These three panels show your core financials:

• Revenue: Total earnings from delivered orders.
  • Calculated as the sum of the Total Tariff field from each delivered order.
• Transportation Cost: Total costs paid to carriers.
  • Calculated as the sum of the Total Carrier Price field from each delivered order.
• Gross Profit: The difference between Revenue and Transportation Cost.
  • Calculated as: Total Tariff – Total Carrier Price.
  • This value may appear negative if the Total Tariff field is not used or is $0.

Note: If your team is not consistently filling out the “Total Tariff” field when creating or importing orders, Revenue and Gross Profit may not display accurate values. If you rely on other custom fields for pricing, let our team know — we may adjust the report based on your feedback.

Delivered Orders by Source

This chart breaks down whether delivered orders were created through Direct Offers or via the Super Loadboard.

• Direct Offer: Loads sent directly to a carrier.
• Super Loadboard: Includes both instantly booked loads and accepted carrier load requests.

Instantly Booked vs Requested

This donut chart shows how many of your Super Loadboard orders were:

• Instantly Booked (Book Now)
• Requested (manually reviewed and accepted)

Order Cycle Times

These two charts show order counts grouped by time buckets:

• Days Created → Delivered: Time from order creation to successful delivery.
• Hours Posted → First Accepted: Time from posting on Super Loadboard to first carrier acceptance.

On-Time Performance

Two line charts track punctuality:

• On-Time Pickups — by week
• On-Time Deliveries — by week

Note: Note: On-time calculations are based on the selected pickup/delivery type on the order with a 2-day cushion included for the "Estimated" types. If scheduled pickup/delivery dates are missing those orders will not be included in the metric.

Performance by Carriers

This table shows off-schedule data by carrier. Use this to evaluate which carriers don’t consistently meet expectations and may need review.

Haul Type and Body Type

• Haul Type (Bar Graph): Order count by mileage
  • Local: 0–200 miles
  • Mid-Haul: 201–600 miles
  • Long-Haul: 601–1,500 miles
  • Extended Long-Haul: 1,500+ miles
• Delivered Vehicles by Body Type (Donut Chart): Types of vehicles delivered
  • SUV: 48%
  • Sedan: 25%
  • Truck: 10%
  • Other: 20%
