FAQs
Below are answers to common questions about subscription cancellations.
Can I Cancel My Subscription at Any Time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date. Canceling early ensures you won't be charged for the next billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on your situation. Use the table below to determine whether you qualify for a refund or credits:
| Scenario | Refund | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Upgraded from free plan within 24 hours and canceling back to free | ✅ Eligible | ✅ Eligible |
| Upgraded from a paid plan within 24 hours | ❌ Not eligible | ✅ Eligible if requested within 24 hours |
| Upgraded more than 24 hours ago | ❌ Not eligible | ❌ Not eligible |
| Partial downgrade while keeping a paid plan | ❌ Not eligible | ✅ May apply if requested within 24 hours |
What Happens After I Cancel?
You'll retain access to your Carrier TMS account until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will be fully deactivated. You'll still be able to:
- Log into the Super Dispatch mobile app
- Browse the Super Loadboard
- Reactivate your subscription at any time from the login page. If you have a past-due balance, the amount due is shown when you reactivate.
Why Don't I See an Option to Cancel?
- If you're on a free plan, you won't see a subscription to cancel since you're not being billed. If you'd like to delete your account instead, go to Profile > Company Name > Delete Driver Account in the mobile app.
- If you're on a paid Carrier TMS plan, cancellations must be processed by our support team. Deactivating drivers or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription—you will continue to be billed until your cancellation is confirmed.
