How Automated Offers and Counter Offers Work
-
Acceptable Bids: Bids within your starting price and max price range will be automatically accepted, and an offer will be sent to the carrier.
-
Counter Offers: Bids above your max price will trigger a counteroffer at the maximum acceptable bid.
Note: Counter offers can be sent to multiple carriers simultaneously, increasing your chances of booking a load faster.
Exceptions
Some bids will require manual intervention. Exceptions include:
-
Bids from carriers without Instant Booking permissions.
-
Bids with pickup or delivery dates outside your preferred or acceptable carrier dates.
Note:
For exceptions:
-
You can manually accept, decline, or send a counteroffer.
-
Any automated counteroffers previously sent will be canceled once you manually intervene.
Tracking Offers and Activity
You can view the history of offers and counteroffers in two places:
-
Requests View: Displays all automated and manual activity related to carrier bids.
-
Activity Log in Order Details: Shows timestamps and descriptions for each action taken.
