    Uploading photos of vehicles in Shipper TMS is a great way to enhance your order details and provide carriers with additional clarity. This feature allows you to upload a photo of the vehicle directly while creating or editing an order. Here’s how you can easily upload photos in Shipper TMS.

    Why Upload Vehicle Photos?

    Adding photos to your orders provides carriers with a visual reference, ensuring they have a clearer understanding of the load they are picking up. This can help streamline communication, prevent misunderstandings, and create a smoother transport process.

    How to Upload Photos of Vehicles in Shipper TMS

    Below, we will walk you through How to Upload Photos of Vehicles in Shipper TMS:

    Step 1: Log In to Shipper TMS

    Step 2: Create or Edit an Order

    • Navigate to the Orders tab on the left-hand menu.

    • Click on Create Order to start a new order or select an existing order to edit.

    Step 3: Add Vehicle Details

    In the Vehicle Details section, enter the required details for the vehicle, including:

    • VIN

    • Make

    • Model

    • Year

    Step 4: Upload a Photo

    • Next to the VIN field, you will see a camera icon. Click on this icon to upload a photo of the vehicle.

    • A file selection window will open, allowing you to choose a photo from your device.

    • Select the desired photo and click Open to upload.

    Step 5: Save the Order

    • After uploading the photo and completing the required fields, click Save & Post to SLB to finalize the order.

    Tips for Uploading Photos

    • Clear Images: Make sure the photo is clear and shows the vehicle accurately.

    • File Types: Supported file types include JPEG, PNG, and JPG.

    • Multiple Photos: If you need to upload additional photos, you can repeat the process for each image.

    Where Can You View Uploaded Photos?

    Once the photo is uploaded, it will be visible:

    • In the Vehicle Details section of the order.

    • To carriers assigned to the order when they review load details.
