Introduction
Super Dispatch helps you stay informed about the condition of your vehicles with clear, photo-documented damage reports directly accessible from the Online Bill of Lading (BOL). Whether damage is noted at pickup or delivery, you can easily review it all in one place.
How You’re Alerted About Damages
If a carrier reports damage during pickup or delivery, Shipper TMS automatically flags the load and provides visibility into the inspection details. You’ll be able to quickly see:
- A visual wireframe showing the exact location of the damage on the vehicle
- Photo and video documentation of the damage
- A clear indicator of whether the damage was reported at pickup, delivery, or both
Where to View Damages in Shipper TMS
Step 1: Go to the Orders section
- From your Shipper TMS dashboard, click the Orders option in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Find the load
- You can locate the order either by navigating to the Picked Up or Delivered tabs, or by using the search bar to find the order using its Load ID.
Step 3: Open the Online BOL
- Once you've found the load, click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the load and select Online BOL (or Download BOL if you want a PDF version).
Step 4: Review Damage Details
On the Online BOL page, you’ll be able to:
- View pickup and delivery inspection photos and videos
- See a wireframe highlighting marked damage areas
- Check whether damage was noted at pickup, delivery, or both
Step 5: View Damage Code Definitions
If you're unsure what a damage code means, click the "Damage Code Definitions" dropdown on the Online BOL to see a full explanation of damage codes used during inspections.
What Information Is Included in a Damage Report?
- Photo Evidence: Timestamped and geo-tagged images and videos
- Wireframe Diagram: Visual outline of the vehicle with labeled damage areas
- Damage Type: Notes on scratches, dents, missing parts, etc.
- Inspection Stage: Whether damage was reported at pickup, delivery, or both
