Troubleshooting & FAQs
The Super Dispatch panel isn't showing in my CRM
Confirm the extension is installed and enabled by going to chrome://extensions. Make sure the toggle next to Super Dispatch: Connection is turned on, then refresh your CRM page. If the issue persists, try removing and reinstalling the extension.
I'm logged in but the Post to Super Loadboard button isn't working
Make sure your Super Dispatch account has the Shipper role β this feature is not available on Carrier-only accounts. Try signing out of the extension and signing back in to refresh your session.
Can I use the extension in a browser other than Chrome?
Not at this time. The Super Dispatch Connection extension is only available for Google Chrome. Chromium-based browsers like Microsoft Edge may work but are not officially supported.
How do I unpost a load?
Open the order in your CRM and click Unpost from Super Loadboard in the Super Dispatch panel. A confirmation dialog will appear β click OK to confirm. You can continue managing the order directly on Super Dispatch.
I posted a load but I'm not seeing carrier or status updates
Status and carrier information only appear in the panel once a carrier has accepted the load in Super Dispatch. If a carrier is assigned and you're still not seeing updates, refresh the CRM page or sign out and back into the extension.
How do I update the extension?
Chrome updates extensions automatically. To force an immediate update, go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode (top right), and click Update.
