Introduction
When you post an order to the Super Loadboard, carriers can send a load request with their price, dates, and a comment. In Shipper TMS, you review each request and choose to accept it, decline it, or send a counter offer. This article explains what each request shows and how to respond.
How to Find Load Requests
- In Shipper TMS, open the Orders page and click the Requests tab, or go to shipper.superdispatch.com/orders/requests.
- All carrier requests for your posted orders show up here.
- You also get a notification for each new request, based on your notification settings.
Tip: To get alerts for new requests by email, push, or text, see How to Manage Notifications in Shipper TMS.
What Each Request Shows
| Detail | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Carrier name, badge, and rating | Who's requesting the load, whether they're Verified, and their rating percentage. |
| Contact | The contact name and phone number for this request. |
| Comment | Optional details from the carrier, such as when they can pick up, their trailer or equipment, a second phone number, their best price, or questions. |
| Pickup and delivery dates | The dates the carrier can pick up and deliver. |
| Price | The carrier's bid and price per mile. If the bid is higher than your posted price, a tag shows the difference, such as $50 more. |
| Labels | Your relationship with the carrier, such as Approved, Can Instantly Book, or Private Network. |
How to Respond to a Request
Accept the Bid
- Click Accept Bid to accept the carrier's price and dates.
Decline the Request
- Click Decline. Add a short reason so the carrier knows why.
Note: Decline responses go to Super Dispatch Support, not the carrier's email. If you want the carrier to follow up with you, include your contact information in the reason.
Send a Counter Offer
- Enter your price in the Counter offer field.
- Click Send Counter Offer. The carrier can accept it, decline it, or reply with a counter bid from Carrier TMS.
Tips for Reviewing Requests
- Read the comment: It often answers questions about timing, equipment, or price before you have to call.
- Check the carrier: Review their profile, ratings, insurance, and verification status before you accept.
- Compare the price: Use Pricing Insights to see if a bid is in line with the market.
- Respond quickly: Carriers make time-sensitive decisions. A quick decline is better than no answer.
- Save time with trusted carriers: Mark them Can Instantly Book so they can book without a request.
