Introduction
Driver App settings in Carrier TMS let you control what your drivers can see and do in the Super Dispatch Driver App, including load-management actions, inspection requirements, load access, and profile editing. Settings apply to all drivers on your account.
Open Driver App Settings
- In Carrier TMS, click the profile icon in the lower-left corner and select Settings.
- Select Driver App.
- Turn settings on or off using the checkboxes.
- Select Save in the top-right corner.
Fleet Drive Mode
When Fleet Drive Mode is on, drivers can't perform load-management actions in the app, such as deleting loads, sending invoices, or editing pickup and delivery details. Use this mode when dispatchers or office staff should own those tasks.
Show Payment Information
This option appears under Fleet Drive Mode and controls whether drivers can see payment information in the app. Turning it off doesn't hide COD (Cash on Delivery), COP (Cash on Pickup), or CKOD (Check on Delivery) details, so drivers still know when to collect payment.
Inspection

| Make Damage Photos Optional for AIAG Inspection | Lets drivers complete an AIAG inspection without adding damage photos. |
| Customer not Available button | Shows a button drivers can use when the customer isn't present at pickup or delivery. |
| STI (Subject To Inspection) button | Shows a button drivers can use to mark a vehicle as Subject To Inspection. |
| Require Drivers to mark as Arrived at Pickup/Delivery | Drivers must mark when they arrive at pickup and delivery. The arrival status appears in load activity for carriers and shippers. |
| Enable VIN Barcode Generation | Generates a scannable VIN barcode in the Driver App to speed up gate check-in at auctions, dealerships, and yards. |
| Require Additional Inspection Fields | Makes the fields you select required during additional inspection (see below). |
Choose Required Additional Inspection Fields
After you turn on Require Additional Inspection Fields, select the fields drivers must complete:
- Odometer
- Drivable
- Windscreen
- Glass (all intact)
- Title
- Keys
- Remotes
- Headrests
- Cargo Cover
- Spare Tire
- Radio
- Manuals
- Navigation Disk
- Plugin Charger Cable
- Headphones
Load Access and Documents
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Show Super Loadboard & Suggested Loads Tabs | Lets drivers browse the Super Loadboard and Suggested Loads in the app. |
| Show Driver Pay field | Shows drivers the pay amount assigned to them on a load. |
| View shipper attachments | Lets drivers view the dispatch sheet and other attachments from accepted offers. |
Profile and Ratings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Edit Carrier Info section in Carrier Profile | Lets drivers edit the Carrier Info section and receive notifications about verification status, ratings, and insurance expiration. All other profile sections, including SuperPay, stay editable regardless of this setting. |
| Rating Management | Lets drivers add, edit, or delete ratings and respond to shipper reviews. Drivers with this setting on also get a push notification when your company receives a new rating. |
