Introduction
You can log in to the Super Dispatch Help Center to view the status of any open support tickets you've submitted. This article walks you through signing in and navigating to your requests.
How to Sign In to the Help Center
Step 1: Go to the Sign-In Page
Click the button below or navigate directly to the Super Dispatch Help Center sign-in page.
Step 2: Click a Sign-In Option
On the sign-in page, click either the Google or Microsoft SSO button to continue. You do not need to create a separate username or password.
Step 3: Choose Your Account
Select the Google or Microsoft account associated with your Super Dispatch account. You'll be signed in automatically and redirected to the Help Center.
How to View Your Support Tickets
Step 1: Open the Account Dropdown
Once signed in, click the dropdown arrow next to your name or profile icon in the upper right corner of the Help Center.
Step 2: Select "Requests"
From the dropdown menu, click My Activities. You'll be taken to your requests page where you can see all open and resolved tickets.
