2FA requires two forms of identification before granting access, making it much harder for unauthorized users to gain entry. This extra step ensures that even if your password is compromised, your account remains secure.
The best part? 2FA is simple and easy to use. You won’t need to carry around token generators or install special apps—just verify your identity using a quick email or SMS code.

How to Enable and Use 2FA in Carrier TMS
Below we will walk you through How to Enable and Use 2FA in Carrier TMS:
Step 1: Log into Your Account

Open the Super Dispatch Carrier TMS login page.

Enter your email and password and click Log In.

Step 2: Receive Your Verification Code

•After entering your credentials, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity.

The verification code will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

Key Information:

The code expires after 10 minutes. If you request a new code within this time, the same code will be sent.

Once logged in, you will not need to enter a code again for 14 days unless you log out.
Step 3: Enter Your Verification Code

If you received your code via email, check your inbox and copy the code.

If you prefer SMS verification, click Receive Code via SMS to have the code sent to the phone number on file for your dispatcher account.

Enter the code in the verification field and click Verify.
Note: If you did not receive a code, click Resend Code to request a new one.
That’s It! You’re All Set with 2FA!
Once you’ve successfully entered your verification code, you’ll be securely logged into your account. From now on, 2FA will only be required if you log out or if 14 days have passed since your last login.
