Introduction
Keeping your Super Dispatch account secure protects your loads, payments, and business data. This article covers account security best practices and how to spot common scams that target carriers and dispatchers.
Use Strong, Unique Passwords
- Never share your login with anyone.
- Use at least 8 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Don't use personal information like names, birthdays, or addresses.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication is on by default for all Super Dispatch accounts. It adds a verification step when you log in, so there's nothing you need to turn on.
Verify All Super Dispatch Communication
Scammers often pose as Super Dispatch with fake emails, websites, or QR codes. Always check the source before you click or scan.
- Official Super Dispatch emails always come from an @superdispatch.com address.
- Our websites always end in superdispatch.com, such as carrier.superdispatch.com or shipper.superdispatch.com.
- If a message asks you to log in, scan a QR code, or "get set up," check the sender and the link carefully.

Beware of "Click to Get Set Up" QR Code Scams
Some scammers send emails or texts saying a shipper or broker has asked you to "get set up," often with a QR code or a large button. These messages don't come from Super Dispatch. They're designed to steal your login.
- Super Dispatch will never ask you to scan a QR code to access your account.
- We don't send third-party setup requests in unexpected emails.
- If you didn't start the request yourself, don't click or scan anything.
Watch for Social Engineering
These scams use urgency, authority, or fear to trick you into sharing sensitive information.
- Check the website address before entering your login. If it doesn't end in superdispatch.com, it isn't us.
- Never share your password with anyone claiming to be a Super Dispatch employee.
- Be careful with unexpected requests about payments, verification, or account access.
Keep Your Apps and Devices Updated
- Keep Carrier TMS and the Driver App up to date.
- Install browser and operating system security updates regularly.
- Only download apps from official app stores.
Limit Access With Permissions
- Give each user only the permissions they need.
- Remove access for anyone who no longer works with your company.
- Review dispatcher and driver permissions regularly.
