How to Set Payment Methods and Terms in Shipper TMS

Step 1: Log Into Your Shipper TMS Account

Open your Super Dispatch Shipper TMS account and navigate to the Orders page.
Step 2: Create or Edit an Order

To set payment methods and terms, either:

Create a New Order: Click Create Order on the Orders page.

Edit an Existing Order: Select an order and click the Edit button.
Step 3: Navigate to the Payment Section

Scroll down to the Payment section in the order form.
Step 4: Choose the Payment Method

Click the Payment Method dropdown and select how the carrier will be paid. Options include:

SuperPay, Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Comchek, Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Venmo, Cash App, Uship, Zelle.
Tip: Select SuperPay for a seamless and secure payment process.
Step 5: Set the Payment Terms
- In the Payment Terms dropdown, select when the payment will be released. Options include:
- Cash on Pickup, Cash on Delivery, Quick Pay, Check on Delivery, Check on Pickup, ACH, or terms ranging from 5 to 60 business days.
Example: If you plan to release payment within 7 business days, select 7 Business Days
Step 6: Save the Order

After entering the appropriate payment method and terms, click Save to finalize the order.
