Introduction
Managing email notifications in Shipper TMS is key to staying informed about your loads. In this guide, we’ll explain the difference between the Contact Email and Additional Emails fields and how they function.
What Are Contact and Additional Emails?
Contact Email

The Contact Email is your primary email address for receiving load notifications.

This email address will also appear on loads posted to the Super Loadboard and carrier dispatch sheets.
Additional Emails

The Additional Recipients field allows you to add multiple email addresses to receive notifications about load status updates, such as:

Order accepted by a carrier.

Pickup and delivery status changes.
-
Unlike the Contact Email, these additional emails will not appear on posted loads or dispatch sheets.
How to Manage Contact and Additional Emails
Step 1: Log into Shipper TMS

Log into your Super Dispatch Shipper TMS account and navigate to the Profile section.


Step 2: Locate the Contact Info Box

In the top-right corner of the Profile page, you’ll find the Contact Info box.

Click Edit to update your email settings.

Step 3: Add Additional Emails

Click on the Profile Button in the bottom left hand corner and select Notifications

Find the Additional Recipients section towards the bottom and click Add Recipient.

Step 4: Save Changes

Once you’ve entered the desired emails, click Save to confirm your updates.
Why Use Additional Emails?
Adding multiple emails ensures that key stakeholders in your team stay informed. For instance:

Dispatchers can monitor load progress without sharing their personal email addresses on dispatch sheets.

Accounting or other administrative staff can track load updates to assist with invoicing and operations.
